International Orders
- To place an order from outside the U.S.,
you must call, write, fax or email

with your order for a freight quote. (exception: APO/FPO, AK & HI)
All orders shipped out of the country are
shipped via UPS.
All duties and taxes are paid at the time
of delivery.

must be paid by credit card prior to shipping.

or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form,

How does Players Bench protect customer

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and
ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate
physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the
information we collect online.
When you place orders or access your account
information, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software
(SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us.
Furthermore, all of the customer data we collect is protected against
unauthorized access.
Return Policy
All returns must be accompanied by original
receipt and be accompanied by a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please
call us at 720-374-1987 for an RA number. No shipments will be accepted
without this number.
All returns must be received within 30 days of your invoice date. Absolutely
no returns will be accepted after 30 days for any reason.
Please allow 30 days for refunds. Used items are not eligible for refunds or
exchanges. Freight is the responsibility of the customer for returns for any
reason. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Refused deliveries
and returns without an RA# are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Warranties & Guarantees
All items are guaranteed under the
manufacturer's limited warranty. Warranty covers defective material or
defective workmanship. Abuse, improper care or improper use are not covered
by warranty. Items must be seen by our inspection department before any
decision can be made. Some manufacturers may chose to repair rather than
replace an item. Items sent back to the manufacturer for repair or
evaluation may take 4-6 weeks. Due to the nature of the sport, hockey sticks
do not come with a guarantee against breakage. Shipping & handling
charges are non-refundable.
